Peralta Adobe - Fallon House Historic Site (downtown San José)

GRADE 4 STANDARDS: SS 4.2.3, 4.2.5, 4.2.8, 4.3.1, 4.3.3

Step back into the Spanish and Mexican periods of San José by entering Comisionado Luis María Peralta’s 1797 adobe home. Learn about the early American period as you tour Thomas and Carmel Fallon’s 1855 house and discover how their family lived. Grades 5-12 may see a video about the founding of El Pueblo de San José de Guadalupe and its development through the 19th century.

Time: Tuesday – Friday
9:15 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
11:00 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.
Group Size: 20 minimum, 35 maximum
Cost: $100 minimum, $5 per student
Chaperones: Minimum one (1) chapersone for each 10 students.
