REGISTRATION DETAILS:

Scheduling more than one date: If scheduling programs for more than one date or several types of programs, please use separate registration forms for each program. This can easily done on the web registration form by using the "back" button on your browser. You must include the name of at least one teacher who will be coming with each program, and his or her day and evening telephone numbers and email address.

Confirmation of your date(s): Please allow up to five weeks for us to process your request. Filling out a registration form DOES NOT guarantee you a date. Upon approval, you will receive a offer letter in the mail. The offer letter will include the date of your visit, the program for which you are reserved and the deposit due date.

Deposit: Each program or tour requires a non-refundable $50 deposit. Please do not send any money until after you have received written notification of a date. Once you have received such notification, your deposit will be due within 30 days to guarantee your reservation. You will lose your reservation if you deposit is not received by the due date. When mailing your deposit, please include a copy of the registration letter with your payment and the reservation number on your check. Failure to attend does not release your obligation to pay the $50 deposit(s). A minimum $20 charge to the school will be made for any checks returned for insufficient funds by the bank.

Payment: To avoid a $25 service fee, the balance due must be paid on the day of your visit. Note: All programs have a minimum fee. Your payment must be made in cash, check or VISA/MasterCard in the exact amount. Only one check will be accepted per program. There is no change or refund for overpayment. No purchase orders will be accepted. A minimum $20 charge to the school will be made for any checks returned for insufficient funds by the bank.

Reschedule: If you are unable to keep the date you reserved, please call History San Jose's Education Office at (408) 918-1040 as soon as possible.. Sorry, deposits are refundable only if HSJ must cancel your visit.
