Del Monte Peach Label, c. 1980.

By the 1980’s, the Del Monte shield was standardized with the distinctive red and yellow color scheme and the phrase “Del Monte Quality.” This label also includes nutritional information as required by the Food and Drug Administration beginning in the 1970’s.
